Hello, my name is Rachel.
I am the customer service representative at Bill's Auto Clinic, Inc. & Hybrid Shop of the Triad. As of June 2024, I will be with the company for two years, but some folks may not know that I grew up running around the shop with the technicians. Bill is my stepfather, as some may know. I have almost ten years of experience in customer service, with my first job being at Pizza Hut. I have been managing businesses since I was 18, from store manager at Pizza Hut to assistant manager at Sheetz, and now I am in the automotive industry.
Bill has taught me how to work on my cars since I was little, from oil changes to battery replacements. I am now certified in North Carolina Official OBDII inspections, safety inspections, A/C recharge, and evaporation systems diagnosis. I work in the shop with the guys and in the office. Some of my duties include talking with our customers and advising them on what their cars need, procuring quality parts for each job, and dispatching technicians depending on the issues we find in the vehicles and the specialty of each technician. I love that we strive to keep it a family-run business here at Bill's. Most of our loyal customers are part of our family, whether blood-related or not.
