Hello, my name is Rachel.


I am the Service Manager at Bill's Auto Clinic, Inc. & Hybrid Shop of the Triad.  As of June 2024, I will be with the company for two years, but some folks may not know that I grew up running around the shop with the technicians. Bill is my stepfather, as some may know. I have almost ten years of experience in customer service, with my first job being at Pizza Hut. I have been managing businesses since I was 18, from store manager at Pizza Hut to assistant manager at Sheetz, and now I am in the automotive industry.


Bill has taught me how to work on my cars since I was little, from oil changes to battery replacements. I am now certified in North Carolina Official OBDII inspections, safety inspections, A/C recharge, and evaporation systems diagnosis. I work in the shop with the guys and in the office. Some of my duties include talking with our customers and advising them on what their cars need, procuring quality parts for each job, and dispatching technicians depending on the issues we find in the vehicles and the specialty of each technician. I love that we strive to keep it a family-run business here at Bill's. Most of our loyal customers are part of our family, whether blood-related or not.

Hi, I'm Alex.


I have been with Bill's Auto Clinic, Inc., for over two months. It has been a pleasure working here. It has been a great experience to be part of a family-owned and operated shop. Being in a shop that shares my loyalty and family values is nice. I enjoy meeting new people and joking around daily, a big plus of working at the front counter.


I was born and raised in the corporate side of the automotive industry. I have done everything from automotive repair to automotive refinishing. Some of my work has been featured in magazines and publications like Hot Rod, Dub, Rides, Easy Riders, and many others. When I am not at work, you can find my family and me at the go-kart racing track or enjoying shore fishing together.

Kevin Tolley- Our shop’s resident hybrid specialist has been with our team for the past five years and counting.  Very friendly and outgoing, Kevin enjoys explaining the intricacies of hybrid vehicle maintenance and repair to our patrons. 


Kevin is a loyal and trustworthy staff member who enjoys time off with his wife, children, and friends around the grill by the pool. He also takes care of his goats, Fred and Ricky.

John Gregg—Our shop’s conventional gas vehicle diagnostic whiz is committed to providing the best auto repair and customer service. He works diligently to ensure that services like our 4-wheel laser alignments, brake jobs, and tune-ups are reliable and that our customers return safely and efficiently. 

In his leisure time, John is also involved in the go-kart racing ‘careers’ of the youth in our community and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
